Prism Casino - My withdrawal is approved, but not paid

On 12/23/2014 11:27:49 AM Wire Transfer Withdrawal Approved! ($979.00). Prism Casino Rules, state the following in pertinent part: Important Information About Withdrawal Approvals; "Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard.", (see prism site link: http:/­/ww­w.p­ris­mca­sin­o.c­om/­rul­es/). Today is 1/15/15, A total of 17 business days have passed, and i have not yet received bank wire payment for my winnings as requested.

Hi bg1221,

Your wire is still being processed and within the parameters set as we state them. Business days are days when banks are operational--this means that weekends and holidays (which in your case included Christmas and New Years) are non-business days.

I hope this clears things up for you.

Respectfully understood... However, as you indicated, excluding non-business days which is weekends, holidays, Christmas, and New Years, the non-business days that banks are not operational. On 12/23/14 my withdrawal was approved for $979.00 I have been waiting for a total of 18 business days to be paid when the Prism website states: "Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval Express or Standard." My bank was open for business on the following business day dates: 12/24/14, 12/26/14, 12/29/14, 12/30/14, 12/31/14, 01/02/15, 01/05/15, 01/06/15, 01/07/15, 01/08/15, 01/09/15, 01/12/15, 01/13/15, 01/14/15, 01/15/15, 01/16/15, 01/20/15. A total of 18 business days have passed and i still have not been paid. I very much enjoy playing at Prism, but If your site states: "Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard." It is proper business etiquette to honor what you state and outline. If you can't stick to what you state, then maybe you should change the amount of time/business days it will take players to get paid, so players do not get discouraged when they are not paid in a timely manner.

Although it took more than 10 business days to post, Payment did post as bank wire today 1/22/15 for $979.00 Thank you Askgamblers, and thank you Prism Casino. I will continue to play at Prism Casino

Ouch. You’re right on this one and we were a bit late. I spoke with management and due to the holidays, things did get a little backed-up, so apologies are definitely in order.
