I was approved for payment from this casino on 4/27/16. I understand that this is a long process but it is now 6/7/2016. I was told that I would get tracking in a few days. This was weeks ago. I was told that I would be "escalated" twice. Now when I contact withdrawals on chat I am disconnected with no answers. I would just like some more info on where my money is.

There has not been any form of updates provided. I have asked to speak to the withdrawal department twice. I have been connected and no one has responded on the chat. I sat there for 15 minutes both times and there was not even an acknowledgement.

I'm sorry for the slow reply and the delays you've experienced.

The good news is, your payment is already on its way and I would expect to have the tracking in the next day or two (generally payment is delivered the day after I receive tracking).

This should not be closed. I received the check but received a letter from the bank that it was being investigated since it was international.

Hi Chris--

There should be no issue with the check--the funds are absolutely available.

Most players receiving checks have no trouble depositing, however, some banks are fussier than others when it comes to international checks (this being issued from Canada).

If you have any problem with your bank, please be sure to let us know.
