Always Cool Casino - trouble with withdrawal

I have never heard of this before, every other casino i use i do not have to go threw this process. I have a balance of €1,000.09 and have just sent of my ticket. I wish to withdraw the balance but have had bother with it for the past few month with emails going cold. Will keep informed.

Yes, you opened a ticket in December. You got a reply shortly after opening the ticket :

"Thank you for contacting us.

Before we can review your withdrawal request, please scan and upload a copy of your valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) to this ticket along with a proof of address, this must be a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and physical address.

Should you have any questions, please let us know"

Accounting never heard back after that. You need to submit that documentation.

Please also note that you didn't deposit any real money and were playing with a €99 free chip. The maximum cashout on that is half the free chip. Once you submit the documentation you will qualify to withdraw half of the value of the free chip you won with i.e. €49.50
