Always Cool Casino, not paying and not answering

I won 1200€ here mid June. My docs and the payout were pre-approved July 10.
As nothing happened, I contacted their management; the manager answered on August 11 that "We will forward this ticket to the Accounting Manager in order to receive an update. You will be updated via email shortly."

Four weeks later, I have not been updated, and I have still not been payed.
