Always Cool Casino - Always too late with payment

On May 15th I request a withdrawal from the Always Cool Casino in the amount of 250€. All documents and data were sent properly.
On May 19th the casino briefed me:

Thank you for contacting us.

We're pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request for $250 via Neteller has already been pre-approved and has been forwarded to processing. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

All first time cashouts can take up to 14 business days to be processed and approved.

1) My account is in € and the sum should be 250€ not 250$.
2) The 14 day passed long time ago as you can see. If first cash-out lasts 20 business days they should say so and go for it but promissing 14 business days which is still about 3 weeks is unfair.


Funny thing ist, I submitted a new ticket and ask about the old ticket. They realised that the second ticket referred to the same issue and just erased it yestarday. This means that they knew about the issue but prefurred to do nothing instead of resolving it.

Hopefully you can help. I did nothing wrong.
