On Dec 12 I was approved for $1138.00 withdrawal. After passing through all the hoops and verification. It's been one delay after another.. The last email said they were investigating a processor and asked me to
"comprehend" that.

We have also notify our Accounting Managers, and will be checking with them over the following days to assert your case for prompt resolution. Not a word. Checked email and spam folder. Also, checked bank account. Nothing as of yet.

Still no response. Based on the last 4 complaints and some upcoming ones. It appears to not look good.

Still no response. I'm sure they aren't responding to me because they cant use the "we sent your refund to our processors. If they don't pay you its not our problem" excuse. Like they have used on the last several complaints.

They Have officially paid my winnings, I consider the complaint resolved. 7 months, but at least being persistent, patient and polite paid off.
