Hi,

I played through one of their promos, managed to win a bit under 2000, and they refused to pay citing maximum bet violation.

"The maximum wager/bet a player can make with any of the four welcome bonuses is limited to 6 €/$/£ units for slot games and 10€/$/£ for table games."

I was betting 6€ at most with the welcome bonus.

I was on one occasion beting 10€with the monthly bonus, which is their allowed amount. I have the screenshot of those terms.

I think I have not violated any bet sizes (which in their first email about this issue they claimed I did).

They are not sending me my playing history. I requested that three times now in order to clear it all up.

I still did not receive it, and it's been weeks now.

They might have, possibly, gotten confused along the way as they invited me to several different promos with different betsize limits, but in all cases I adhered to whichever one was active at the time.

A simple careful check of my playhistory - provided they want to do one - would be enough to confirm all that.

Hi,

I have received the email with the gameplay excerpt that you found relevant.

i am happy to tell you that it shows exactly what I've been saying - all bets that were made with the welcome promo active were 6€.

I see you have included some gamepaly before the last deposit I've made. There are several bets worth 10€ at the bottom, up until I lost all my balance - those were all made with no bonus at all. That was my deposit only. Before playing with it I asked (and you complied) to have the bonus on that deposit removed.
If you take a close look you will see that the starting balance at 12:33 is exactly 200€ - which is the amount I have deposited.

You can then see that my balance hit zero; then I proceeded to redeposit,

Upon depositing I automatically received another part of the promo, this time I did not request a removal and instead proceeded gameplay using 6€ bets only.
