ALLFRAUD CASINO keep delaying

Having enjoyed a good run with joining fair and honest casinos i my luck finally run out when i joined Allfraud...i mean Allslots casino . My quick fling with this casino began well . Dont get me wrong the slots are fair ...i raced to abive $4000 then as i tend to do wrongly chose to gamble on ,dropping just as quick to $1300 . It was at this point that i withdrew , or at least thought i had . My verification documents had been sent and expecting them to take 48 hrs to process awaited my confirmation email . Well the email i got stated that i had to send again as it was not clear....fair enough although if its good enuff for more honest and reputable casinos to accept why not ALL***** CAS . So i sent a new and improved photo of my PP...and low and behold i got another email saying i had to resend my id photo as when taking the photo of my passport previously i had left a corner out of passport out of the phot, .that must have been the important corner of the passport that actually identifies me . So i took another clearer , full PHOTO of my PP .....NOT 48 hrs but 3 days later another email asking the same thing .....resend ID PHOTO . What a load of BS....Whats worse is they claim to be an Australian casino... no true Australian company would rort fellow honest Aussies for only $1300 . I have sent another photo today ...what excuse will they have next time...

Sometimes customer support is a bit picky in approving documents: make sure you (and any other player that read this) send them the best quality possible (but not too heavy in size) and i'm 100% all will be fine: all is done to protect player privacy and to verify their identity: as in most real casinos you can enter only with an ID, the same applies to All Slots Casino

Good to see that someone aligned with ASC actually replied within a day . As i belong to several top online casinos , i have built a good relationship with many of the VIP managers and support staff who work at them so i was able to send my failed passport photos through to them to ask for their opinions as to why my first three were not accepted .. What i was told by the majority was that while the first was perhaps the most unclear , it was still readable , and as for the next they could not understand why it was rejected . I have sent the new passport photo through today and this was also given the thumbs by other casinos before i sent to ASC . What has amazed me the most Roberto is that if my withdrawal has been rejected , should those funds still be in my account . I logged on today to access my account so i could find a contact phone number , for the purpose of talking to John Williamson ( head of finance dept ). As i went through my account i noticed that with the withdrawal being rejected , i still did not have the funds in my account either to play with or to reverse withdraw...Where are the funds? As if the crims from the game Bust tha Bank came to life and stole my money , the funds are no where to been seen .Isnt the usual procedure for withdrawals to be that until accepted for withdrawal , the funds remain in the account , either in the available account or in reverse withdraw ? ....Am i to believe that i am being fairly treated when evrybody i liase with at other casinos says other wise ... I joined NOV6 and enjoyed my time until this episode ended that ...as other casinos can testify my withdrawals , or a good portion of them , are usually put back into the casinos they were taken from....i hope this is sorted out asap.....LUCKY 247 CASINO here i come ..DANaconda

This is not a new complaint but a continuation of my previous complaint . It appears that i may have made an error . It wasnt $1300 that i was waiting on ...but $1000 . The mistake was made simply because i have been waiting on three withdrawals and got the amounts confused ..so i apologise for that ....if there is any need to do so .

So what i have done is gone over all my email correspondance with ALLSLOTS CAS ( i advise others to keep on file exactly for this purpose) , and here are the facts of my relationship with them....NOV5- i signed on wih ASC.......NOV8- i completed my financial obligations concerning the welcome package....NOV9- i received a congratulation email after winning $1660 on karate pig NOV9- sent my first lot of docs thru.....NOV11- asked to provide additional proof , so i do......NOV12- told my last docs not good enough , so i sent again.....NOV13- told by by support staff that my last docs i sent were ok and they were being sent directly to financial dept......NO­V14­-asked by a Mr John Williamson ( not head of financial dept) to send further proof of id as the last were not good enough......NOV16- sent through my id photos which are exactly the same as the others yet again . Now i sit here waiting fir the next excuse not to pay me the $1000 that i rightfully and fairly am due .again i ask where is my winnings ?

Any update? A remark: Why you keep on sending the same documents if they were not clear enough according to the financial department?

Maybe a good idea, if the documents are not approved, is to make a clearer scan and send it to them: i know it is annoying, but this solve the problem

Roberto....have you taken the time to actually look at my documents . I say not because if you had you would see that only a blind man would see them as unclear . I have submitted these documents only the once and they were deemed as acceptable . What was unacceptable , apart from ALLSLOTS CASINO 's business practice , was my passport phot which was deemed as unclear . This i have done , on each occasion , what was asked of me and retaken and resent following the instructions given to me and on each occasion it has been the same result. Why has every other casino i belong to accepted them . Am i to believe that their casino is some how less reputable than yours . I dont buy into that because as i have seen their appears no complaints about them on this , and any other forum ,yet ALLSLOTS casino has a complete listing of complaints about the same subject as mine . Putting eCOGRA on your casino doesnt give you the right to say all customers are wrong and that ASC is holier than thou . No it gives you cover for the fraudulant dealings that go on , and knowing that it is merely impossible to get our money back , this practice continues . Further more i received an email from on sunday saying that my documents had finally put through to the finance dept , however because a weekend they were unable to process then . It is now wednesday and i have yet to hear back from anyone involved . Even after being on livechat today i was still unable to get an answer as to where or when my funds would be cleared . Tell me Roberto , isnt it ASC oractice of allowing 48hrs to process . What happens when it drags on for over a week and a half.....ASC arent saints and a culpible for the fraudulant acts they commit......It is also worth noting that the other JACKPOT FACTORY casino ALL JACKPOTS gets accused of the same issues . Surely Roberto , you dont think all of us who have had bad dealings with these casinos are illiterate and unintelligent . Oh wait maybe we are coz we dont have an eCOGRA logo to hide behind . STill waiting for my money and im not going away...

according to my experience 99% of the issues involving documents get solved eventually...it is just a matter of patience, I know we are not the quickest to process documents, but if they say they are waiting to be processed, we need to wait for them to be processed

so please wait a few more days, i'm positive you will get a reply from financial department saying that all is in order

Wait a few more days and your sure the financial dept will contact me saying all is in order....Roberto can you tell me where in the ALLSLOTS writeup , that tries to entrap punters to your casino , is that statement as i didnt and still havent seen that in any of the advertising that promotes ASC casino when i first signed up ......from my recollections it states 48hrs process time . So having been told that the finacial dept got my documents monday , and today being thursday....that would make it 96 hrs...and you ask me to be patient . This is near on two weeks now ROBERTO . How patient must i be Roberto ? This has been a farce from the start and i can no longer control my anger . ...you sit there extolling the virtues of honesty and fairness in ASC , as their own advertising does , yet at no point , and i mean NO POINT has anything or anyone involved within ALLSLOTS a shown as much as an inch of these traits...... . CRIMINAL , FRAUDULANT , SCAM , AND nothing but utter BS are the only things that come to mind and for some reason it continues to drag on...Stop the lies and tell me the facts as not just me but many others have witnessed ...that ALLSLOTS is nothing but a scam luring trusting gamblers into its web promising nothing but a long drawn out process designed to make people give up the fight in trying to get their money.......this aint over ROBERTO...YOU WILL BEAR WITNESS TO MY PATIENCE ....until i get my payout then you will hear from me no longer

On a more personal note, I've been working in the gaming for several years, i've a reputation to protect and I won't be able of assisting any further if such language is used towards me - I understand the frustration but I need the communication to be carried forward with more respect for me

Roberto , i refute your claim of bad language used towards you personally , as i have only refered to ALLSLOTS in such a manner . What is frustrating is the fact that i am being talked to like an illiterate uneducated fool who doesnt have a clue as to what i have been doing...i replied earlier as i was emailed saying that if i didnt then this complaint would be closed and ALLSLOTS would be vindicated in their actions . While i certainly havent been in the game for as long as u , i have built a reputation of my own in only 6 short months . I belong to over 20 online casinos , from which i play daily and have built a ethically strong relationship with the behind the scenes people ( support ) who keep them running , through live chat and daily phonecalls . It is these relationships that has enabled me to gather opinions and advice on how to deal with this situation . I know the procedures involved with withdrawals so to imply that i have followed requests improperly is truly wrong . I am a VIP at most of them and can speak highly of them all . My daily use of these casinos does not mean i am rich . I was lucky enough to enjoy a huge win in the first few wks of my " online casino career " which has not only enabled me to provide for my family abroad , but also continue to play . I put at least 50% of my payouts back into the casino they came from , sometimes more .

I apologise if you thought i was being personal in my accusations , i am sincere when i say i wasnt . All i ask is that ASC be honest in its dealings coz as it stands now they have a long way to go...

You say that your reputation is at risk to due my constant berating , well let me tell you that my patience and sanity as well as my relationship with my family is already at risk due to this FRAUDULANT becahaviour of ASC . As you asked i have waited for what stated was SURE TO SORTED OUT SOON . Well Mr I HAVE A REPUTATION TO KEEP, the email i received today 23NOV , has taken the fraud comitted just a little bit further . Now i have committed the fraud apparently as some detail on my registration matches the same as someone elses . All this after i rang ASC before registering my account to see if i had forgotten a past sign up with them ....the answer i got was no so i signed up . Now after winning i have been told that i need to send my documents agiain for clarification , the 5th time so i can be scrutinised again ....Are you people serious in thinking you run an honest and fair online casino . Iv seen card games in prison that have been more honest and fair than what you are putting me through at ASC , and i cant stress enough that my patience is at breaking point . I will send what they require AGAIN , and let me say if this BS continues it might be a nice time of year for a holiday to Malta , or to whichever gutter this casino belongs in . Hi Roberto...my username is DANaconda , the same as it is here....i have no idea as to what the problem may be with my account now , as i did the necessary checks with ASC support before registering . Now i am told my details have similarities with another . Does that mean there is another player from PERTH at ASC , or another from the tiny slums of KOONDOOLA where i live , oh no i must be fraudulant...cmon guys give me a break..... Roberto while i do at times get angry and sometimes abusive please understand that this is the product of juggling my working life in Australia , and trying to support my family overseas in Vietnam .While saving my wages to enable my family to be together ,the casinos provide me with a way to get extra funds to support wife and child while continuing to play but It seems that ASC may have beaten me into submission with these delays and now i will just go along with the neverending flow of delays , all the while depositing money into other casinos . I will send ASC the new documents as requested AGAIN , and if the delays continue then i will just forget about it . I have never felt so disappointed in the workings of a casino as i am now , but i thank ASC for teaching me that just because a casino states it is honest and fair , and hiding behind the ECOGRA standards , that may not always be the truth . Apparently the issue is that the credit card you have been using, has been used by other two persons not connected to All Slots Casino: that's not a big deal, but according to eCOGRA reguloation you just need to explain the reason why 3 people shares the same credit card to customer support and all will be fine: have you received an email with such request?

Roberto , the card in question belongs to me and has been solely used by myself since about 10 or so months ago before i even started using online casinos . A friend of mine , who introduced me to online casinos was staying at my house at the time , and unable to get ukash at the time asked if he could use my card to put funds on his ROYAL VEGAS account . When my card was locked as i tried to deposit funds into my first ever account , i have vowed never to allow anyone else the use of my card , and i have kept that vow to this present day . That brings me to the question ? Why wasnt this first given as the reason for my delayed payment instead of giving me the runaround about an unclear passport photo . As i hav stated from the beginning i am an honest and fair player who has provided ledgible , clear documents from the outset . It is pretty simple: explain this to the casino and you will have no problem with the withdrawal...and never let anyone else use your credit card/n­ete­lle­r/m­one­ybo­okers to deposit in a casino, as it can (and it will) create problems

The casino is simple worried of a chargeback, that's why they want only the owner to use the credit card: having multiple people using the same credit card raise for the a big red flag, as they may think that it is an unauthorized use of the credit card...and that's why they become extra suspicious with the passport, and they want an extremely clear copy (i'm sure the last copy you sent was ok)

Again, just explain this to customer support via email, and all will be sorted out

Have had a phone call from ASC a few days ago , stating card was blah blah blah.....have sent a new set of documents ( forgotten how many that was now ) plus an email stating the knowlrdge of only 1 use of my cc , and gave them details . Received reply email saying that the information they have is exactly sme as mine....further mire the new set of documents had been sent to that LABRIYNTH OF DELAY otherwise known as the FINANCE DEPARTMENT at ASC where im sure my WITHDRAWAL REQUEST will be buried amongst the QUAGMIRE of moulding fetid remains of WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS LOST LONG AGO.....im sure by FRIDAY or maybe SUNDAT good ol JWILL down at FD might HAVE perused my docs for a glimmer of a second........NOTE TO JWILL= TURN THE PASSPORT CLOCKWISE HALF A TURN....ITS MORE CLEAR WHEN IT ISNT UPSIDE DOWN......Im sure that the brains trust at the FD are all in war council now strategising there next delay....." Ok, so you have explained them clearly that you have authorized someone else to use your card...you didn't mention this below, you just said that All Slots Casino was just refusing you a payment cause documents were not clear...

As it appears, there was a reason why All Slots was suspicious: but it won't be a problem: if you explained everything, the withdrawal will be fine

I want to repeat it: never let anyone else use your credit card to play casino (and for a lot of other things, like plane tickets for example): credit cards frauds are more common than we think...

Well how many times must i have to do this ....now i have been told that my withdrawal request has bee deposited back into my casino account as i failed to send in the documents".....WHAT THE F####!!!!!!!! Perfect is probably one of the last words i would choose to use...i would probably use words such as. FINALLY , AMAZING or AM I DREAMING . This has been the most annoying , mind numbing and mystifying experience i have encountered with any online casino .
