All Slots Casino - Over 2 weeks for payment and Still not Received

Made a Withdrawal on the 25th July - 11 August still not received payment back to Registered Visa Card. Made withdrawals before no problem, now just being fobbed off by Live Help, Spent hours on there with no answers just the same old excuses "our finance team are looking into it" I just want the £200 owed to me then ill close the account and have nothing more to do with casino ever
