All Jackpots Casino - Delayed withdrawals

I was advised on the 22nd march my withdrawal to my credit card wasn't processed due to "technical" issues. I had to then supply bank details. I did this on the 24th march. The payment was processed & then rejected on the 28tj march due to incorrect bank details. That was my fault. I accept that. Then the correct details were provided, I was advised the payment was then re processed on the 1st April. I was given the payment reference number. I have then been chasing my payment since the 1st April. Payment not received. Was advised on the 9th of April there was a delay in payments & asked to wait another 3 days. Followed up again today, being the 10th April. Have again been advised the was a "technical" issue & my payment will probably be reprocessed today or tomorrow & have been asked to wait another 5 days!!! This is a joke! They dont seem to have problem taking my money. oh and i am also a VIP CUSTOMER. want my money by COB tomorrow 11th April!!

It won't help posting here: if there is a technical delay, there is not much to do but wait - i'm sure it will be processed as soon as everything gets fixed

By posting here I'm letting all other players know what they might have to endure!

Did you bother look into my issue at all?? These technical issues has now been going on for a month. You can easily take our money, however paying it back takes weeks!! It's simply not good enough!!
