Aladdins Gold - Waiting for my payment

On May 17, 2011 I was notified by the cashier that my $600.00 withraw was approved, that I would recieve my money in my checking account, in 3-7 working days. Long story short, after a few weeks they said that my money was put in the wrong account, and that they had to track the money down before they could cut me another check. In a nutshell they're full of crap, I kept a copy of the documents I faxed them and my account # was correct! I want my money!!!

I'll chase this up for you.

I see notes on your account relating to incorrect bank details but right now I have no further information.

As I mentioned before to the telephone rep, to the live chat rep as well as an email I sent your cashier on June 2, when I looked at the form I faxed your casino on April 5th 9:18 a.m New York time, both my routing #, and checking # were correct! I also included my checking account # once again in the email sent to your cashier on June 2. I have some experience in the banking Industry, and in this situation the sender just has to make a phone call to the bank in order to correct the error.
