Aladdins Gold denies me my winning
i have played at aladdins gold several times and have always lost...last night at approximately 6:47 p.m. aladdins took my 40 from my visa card...straight money, no bonus attached nothing...well i won for the first time and requested a withdrawal of 930 i believe it was...the rest of the evenibg, i sent account details...copy visa, drivers licence etc...this morning from work i filled out the authorization form and emailed it bacvk to them...tonight i am checking my emils and was shocked to see an email saying your withdrawal request for 930 has been declined...this is utterly unbelievable and not fair gaming at all - please assist me in regard....i know the casino rules and at no given time did i play incorrectly in terms of chips, bonuses etc...thank you
Aladdin's Gold Cashier will be in touch to proceed with the withdrawal.
it appears that aladdin gold has processed the payment for me - so may not require your services after all - once funds actually reach my account i will advise all....if in fact i get the 950 next week, i can say, man that's fast processing comparerd to prism at least...prism aleways paid me but it took weeks

I believe the initial delay was caused when your ID wasn't sent in with your first email but it did follow in a later email.
