Aladdins Gold Casino won't respond
I sent Aladdins all the info. they requested to resolve a deposit issue. They took the money off my card but never creditted my account. I sent them a statement of my card (3 times) and yet they will not credit my casino account. I have played there a long time and spent alot of money. Yet they do not seem to care....jw
Looking at your account I see that the amount was added to your account on April 2nd. This amount has already been played out.
Based on the activity over the last two days, since the issue arose, it would seem that we did respond to your claim, we investigated your claim and we added the funds to your account manually.
All apprears to be resolved.
Yes they did do the correct thing, however along with the deposit there was a bonus for the deposit that I did not recieve. ...jw
So it seems the CS team did respond.
The best thing I can suggest is to contact our CS team at a time that suits you to discuss the bonus...
