usually they give really good service but today one of the chat operator is just having a super bad day as i used up their RPLS70CLUCK coupon (i can used it for 4 x) and i did finish using it all 4 x , now i am out of deposit coupon so i went to chat trying to see what other deposit coupon is available,without looking into my account he just blow me off offering me the same coupon again..i asked him if he actually look at my account or not ?he said he did..which is a big lie,cos he respond with this "cluck "coupon within second of my request for the coupon and if he did look into my account he would have known that i already redeem all 4 x of the coupon ,i cannot use that coupon any more !! most operator will at least asked for me to hold while they look into my account..but he responded back to me within second ..just totally blow me off ..below is our chat content word for word without altering it..this is one of the rudest operator that you can ever get .(i was mad cos he didn't even check my account and started offer me the coupons that i already redeem 4 TIMES).hence i was being sacarstic about "that's the best you can offer ?"

Hi, sorry you seem to have experienced service that is below expectations from our support staff. This is obviously not how we train our staff and this has been raised as a training issue.

I've spoken with our operations manager who will be in touch with you shortly.

Thanks for the quick respond, he was probably overwhelmed by phone calls and chats and didn't have time to look up my account.Thanks for offering the free plays ,that is nice on your part but wasn't necessary .I wasn't in it to gain freebie .just want to make you aware of the situation.will continue to play at your casino.
