Aladdin's Gold casino lost my withdrawal

I had my wiining withdrawal approved on June 21. First they said 5-7 days, it has been over 17 working days. And they said my winnings are "missing" and they will look into it. No one will tell me what really did happen to my winnings. They will not answer any of my questions directly. All they will say is that it is lost and they are looking into it. I just do not know what to do. This is a lot of money. Someone please tell me, do any of the online casinos really pay out? Does it always take weeks and weeks? Is there ant place I can turn to to get Aladdin's Gold to give me back my money?

HI there, there was an issue with the wire transfers that went out on that date and they seemed to be held up in limbo for longer than expected.

However, we are aware that these payments that were held up started to drop in this week. Can you check and confirm if this has dropped into your account on Monday or since then please?

This is not a delaying tactic just a case of the funds being sent to a processor and them saying that they were shown as complete but no action seemed to have been made on them.

Please check and confirm. If you do not have the funds please contact cashier@aladdinsgoldcasino.com and include your username so they can follow up for you.

Yes the winnings showed up. I am just sorry that it took weeks and me to complain on here in order for the casino to finally give me what I won. The dealings with Aladdin's Gold has made me not want to ever go back. The customer service there is appalling .

I keep filing my complaint with Ask Gamblers but it just keeps disapearing with out an explanation. Maybe some one should look into them...jw

In connection to my previous comment, at the beginning, I budget the winning money as part of my cashflow, based on their information, to take care my personal finance crisis. Day after day, I still have NOT seem the money in my account. So my sister wired some money to me as replacement for my cashlow in order for me to be able to resolve my crisis.
My sistr wired the money from Taiwan on Monday ( 16 hours ahead of California) and I received on Money morning PSD.
This is real a BIG issue on and on. Anyone who play online casno will hit tis problem of "WHERE IS MY WINNINGs{"..They need to come up a regulation and rule to guide them how to do thing rght.

I have very similiar issue with SlotsJungle. They use same old tactic to delay the payment. Since the casino claimed that they sent the money out on time, you can ask them to provide IMAD to support they statement. Any wire-transfer transaction should have a unique IMAD exclusively.
I bet they won't e able to provide that, because they never wire the money out to begin wth. Now, my case is stuck at the state of "We ARE INVESTIGATING", They have no clue how long this will take,
Come On! they are playing STUPID GAME to us.

I'm having the same problem with Aladdins. They never answer or do they care. Although I have cashed out money with them its never been easy....
