Play2Win Casino - After withdraw request my account cwas losed for no reason and response from the support

After i registered at Play2Win Casino i made a deposit of 30€ along with their welcome bonus offer.

After playing a certain time i passed the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and i decided to make a withdraw of 500€ via neteller. Shortly after this request the casino-support told me that because of the bonus terms the amount which they are going to payout is 387€ (which is ok - i read the terms)

Nothing happend for about 2 weeks so i asked the support via email if there is a problem with my withdraw-request and if they need any documents etc. - no answer! After another week i asked a second time via email - but no answer again.

Then i contacted the support via live-chat. The support-guy told me that he can't help me (no reason) and recommended to write en email.

Another week passed by and i tried to login to my account but i can't. The system told me that my account is blocked and i should contact the support. So i wrote another email to the support and still got no answer.

A few days later i registered an incoming money-transaction from Play2Win at my neteller-account - but only 30€ instead of 387€.
