Ace Live Casino stealing winnings

I played at Ace Live some time ago and won around 1400 euro. When I requested a withdrawal, they locked my account and accused me of "systematic betting", which, as they believe, can be a reason to void winnings. They refunded my deposit and ignored my emails where I asked for further clarification and discussion of this matter.

The excuse they use is ridiculous and is of the type one would expect rogue fraudulent casinos to use. I clearly want Ace Live to return my winnings, what they are trying to do is just robbery.

Hi I`m sorry but I have not received any letters from you perhaps you take me for somebody else. in fact,last letter I received is dated May, 14, all my later emails had no reply. I just wrote to the address you gave me with theme "Askgamblers complaint discussion". can you check it and reply to that address thanks

Don't you just love these guys? They complain that people play bj "which as clearly stated in our T&C’s does not contribute towards wagering requirements."

Do you know what else is clearly stated? THAT YOU CAN PLAY BJ. From your own site about bj and other games ,"To re-iterate for confusion, these games can still be played with the bonus funds, however they will not contribute towards the wagering requirements."

Ridiculous people these.

It became apparent that there was possibly a group of players who by claiming the largest possible bonus often through a forum then and then by achieving winnings playing our RNG Classic Blackjack, which as clearly stated in our T&C’s does not contribute towards wagering requirements. These players would immediately start playing the RNG European Roulette and repeatedly place very low or no risk bets. This pattern was identical amongst the group of players and used in order to try and meet the wagering requirements .
Although not certain that this player was part of a group it was quite clear that a handful of players some who were paid winnings already were part of or following a set strategy contrary to our T’C&S.

These dirtbags did EXACTLY the same thing to me. The stole my money claiming I used a "betting system." Do not let them get away with this. Pursue it all the way. Although, your complaint will probably be closed here by AskGamblers just like they did to mine.
