Always Cool Casino - Withdrawal still pending after more than 2 months

I have a withdrawal's request pending since 10th December. After redeeming a bónus and wagered it tottally I got winnings of $802,76 wich I requested to withdrawal. The Accoun ting Department requested documents which I semnt immediately, but the delay began. After 3 weeks I emailed Management of the Casino to direct Accounting to pay and describing the proccess until now. I made it twice but they forwarded them to Accounting manager for review and advise. But till today got no decision.
Hereby I attach the email I sent to the Management Department.
Hoping you can help solve issue, which I think is jus a delay but , anyway, na unjustificable delay, I'm asking for your help on this matter.

they say they are refunding my credit cards with $280, and after that will credit my Neteller account for the remaining $497,75.
But I still didn't see anything.

They promised to refund my credit cards with $280, but only did it with $113 til now. I need more $166 in credit cards and 497,75 on my Neteller account.

They paid $148 of $280 by refunded my credit cards and promised the remaining $480 to my Neteller account on the next days.
So don't close the subject yet. May be a happy end after all.

I sent you na email with a chat transcript with the casino. They continue to say the payment will finish on the next days, but I don't know they are sincere. Let's wait to next week.

Dear Sirs,

On your last update of this ticket, on the 4th March, you told me that you would proceed with the remaining $497,75 to my -Neteller account, when you had confirmation the refunds of my credit cards were done, and you asked for my account number on Neteller and associated email, which I sent you on the 5th.
On the 7th and 9th March I confirmed you the refunds were received, although with huge fees. Since then, I've been waiting you honor what you said by paying the remaining balance to the Neteller account I sent you .

But 11 days passed and you didn´t do anything or even told me anything about your promise.

I told the sites with complaints about this that you would pay all ,but, as seen, I was wrong. I wouldn't like to write them now and say that you lied to me.

So please, proceed with the promised payment or tell me , once and for all, what's your intention : pay and when, or not pay at all.
