Tropicana Gold Casino - Account verification requires contact via phone, no response to contact request

I have sent all the necessary documents to Tropicana Gold Casino's accounting department concerning account verification and all the documents have been accepted. They have asked me to advise a convenient time to call to finalise the verification process, which I have given them but It's been over a month now and still no phone call.

I was contacted the next day by phone and got my account activated. Unfortunately as mentioned to me on the phone, I did not receive any withdrawal methods to use in the casino software. I've requested help concidering this via email. But as far as my account verification goes I concider this issue solved.
