Hello! I registered to this casino via askgamblers! I got 110 eur no deposit bonus! I completed the wagering, I was lucky, i won a bit. (The max cash out is 150 eur, i know, my balance is 241 eur). The casino asked from me, the authorazation form, ID copies, and utility bill! I have sent them. I have sent my bank statement. And the casino didnt accepeted because is "not color". OTP bank hasnt got color statement. But for this operation I went to the bank ,and asked a notarized bank statement. (You can see the stamps, and signatures on the statement, what is in color anyway). The casino should accept it! Please help!
