BGO Casino - Account suspension after a big win

My account has been suspended just after I had my first big win. I have deposited a hell of a lot of money over the last few weeks and had no problems. No I have won there seems to be one? Iv emailed the support team twice and sent 3 live chat messages and had no response. I'm very disappointed about this as I love bgo and I thought I was a valued customer.

Are you able to reply to this post with your bgo account username for me? I can then follow this up and provide a more detailed response.

You could find player's registered email and username at your casino attached in the notification emails sent to you by our complaints system. Let us know if you are having troubles finding them.

Many thanks for providing the username of the player. We emailed the player on the 4th May resolving this matter in full and subsequently received an email back thanking us for a favourable conclusion.

As far as I can see this has been fully resolved

We have not received any further contact from the player on this matter so as far as we are concerned the matter is now resolved.
