BGO Casino - Having troubles to withdraw my winnings

hi I have played at bgo for a while and won with no trouble and received my winnings, I had a win of £220 last night and now my account has been suspended for using a paypal account that had my mum's name on. They told me to remove this method and ad my own to release my funds. so I done what they asked and it got verified by the finance team. They told me I was good to go with my PayPal details. They then told me to deposit an extra £10 with my new PayPal to release my funds. I have done so and now they have suspended my account again saying it has my mum's name on again. no where on my PayPal does it say any other name apart from my own. I have checked this and even saved proof that's it's fully in my name. I'm feeling like the casino is commiting fraudulent activities towards me.
Any help or advice would be appreciated before I try take this matter further.
