Planet 7 Casino - Won $7000, unable to login soon after

I recently opened an account with planet 7 and now i cant seem to login after i won $7000. I am so confused and so concerned because I did deposit a lot of money to win these winnings. I provided all the necessary documentation but now im concerned that my account was closed and I wont recieve my winnings. I have been planning my budget around these winnings and am very worried.

I've dug into this and unfortunately, I don't have good news for you.

It was discovered that you have three accounts with Planet7--all three with different user id's. This is strictly forbidden and against our Terms and Conditions:

"Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled."

As a result, we will not be honoring your withdrawal request and all accounts have been closed, permanently.

I do no have multiple accounts. At least send me my money I had in my account leftover. This is crap.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with undisputed evidence regarding this case on behalf Planet 7 Casino management. We can confirm that player opened a multiple accounts at aforementioned casino, and with this act breached casino's General Terms and Conditions #5:

Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

Based on the above we consider this complaint resolved and officially closed. In case of a disagreement with the decision made by the AskGamblers Complaints Team, we encourage player to seek further assistance on this matter from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Planet 7 Casino.
