888 Casino - Account locked after withdrawal without any further explanations

I recently joined 888casino and upon doing so relieved a welcome bonus.
From this bonus I managed to play through the required turnover to withdraw, and was left with around £400.
To ensure I had no problems withdrawing I verified my age with my passport.
However, I have attempted to log into my account the following to be greeted with the news that my account has been locked.
It also states to check my emails to hear from the operations team to explain why......I have not received such email. I have now emailed 888 casino and am awaiting a response or explanation.
With no contact from themselves and am left in the dark about my winnings and when/if I will receive them.

I have since received correspondence with 888 and can say I now have access to my account, the funds are still pending however after more verification of myself I can say this issue is resolved.
