888 Casino - Account has been disabled after winning from a free £88 start up bonus

So I had won £30 from 888 casino playing the slot machines. I decided I wanted to withdraw the money so I did. I gave them my drivers license number and verified my account. The website said it would take up to 8 days. Now here I am on the sixth day trying to log back into my account to see if it has gone in early and I couldn't log in because my account has been disabled for no reason what so ever. I have emailed them plenty of times, but still no response. Thank you.
