Ace Kingdom Casino - Account Frozen, Stalling Verification

After signing up with ACeKingdom and depositing 10e followed by another 50e I played for a bit. I was told that my account had to be verified so I sent details of proof. I logged back into my account a few days later and my account was frozen. I have emailed their customer service but they do not clarify what they need more and just being evasive. I tried phoning several times but no answer. I have had no problems with Ladbrokes Poker who I am also joined. Any help would be much appreciated please. Any details needed please ask for.

AceKingdom have unlocked my account and verified my id. I am going to withdraw my money in there and see if I am able to :) I have had several emails since off them and their customer service has hugely improved which was crazy since initially there was little support so not sure what to make of them. Still, in the end they tried though by then my experience was ruined.
