Bovada Casino - Weird Verification, Account Disabled

I was asked to verify my identity. I did so and received and email verifying that my identity is verified. Now casino claims they are waiting on other to verify their identity with similar information. What does this have to do with me? I have money just sitting in my account and no one will give me a time frame on how long I have to wait.
