VIP Room Casino - Account Closure with no reason.

My account were closed for no reason after making a deposit from my credit card at VipRoomCasino. I e-mailed support and they told me it have something to do with my IP address been linked to a other account with fraud activities, but that is impossible as I have never before had a account at VipRoomCasino nor did anyone in my household that I know of. I use Telkom ADSL South Africa with a dynamic IP address. I don't know what to do further as they refuse to reopen my account. And keep telling me there is details that mismatch but never elaborate. I had the account for a week long before making a deposit. Why have it taken them seven days and ten minutes after my deposit to close my account. If my IP address were linked to another account why have they not close my account immediately before the deposit. They didn't even send me a e-mail or anything that they have closed my account. I'm very highly disappointed in them as they had no reason to close my account. I'm the only one in my household who uses the internet really and certainly the only one who would do online gambling. I never had a account before so the fact that my IP were linked to another account is absolutely ridiculous. Could you please help me in this matter as I would like to have my account reinstated because I have done nothing wrong?

Your account has been flagged as their were mismatches on your registration details.

Your 20 deposit was refunded back to your payment method and your account closed. We have picked up similar discrepancies on other accounts registered in a similar way.

We do not explain to players which fraud/risk checks were flagged as this means it is easy for potential fraudsters to adapt their tactics.

How is that even possible that my IP could be linked to other accounts if I never before used registered at VIP Room Casino? I use Telkom ADSL with a dynamic IP address anyway which change automatically every 48 hours so that is impossible. For the deposit of $20 you refunded what about my other $400 I deposited and my winnings which I am entitled to as I have done nothing remotely fraudulent with in my account? I sent in all my documents, but you keep claiming there is information that mismatch, but never bothering to specify what. My account have been closed for more than a week now and I still have not received even the $20 you claimed that's been refunded to my card. I attached all the deposit receipts from the casino.

After a careful consideration of all the evidence provided to us by the casino management we made a decision to mark this complaint as resolved in casino's favor since the evidence had shown that player had multiple accounts.

Which is direct breach of casino's T&C rule #2.3 Your Player Account must be registered in your own, correct, name. Only one account may be opened per (i) customer, (ii) IP-address and/or (iii) household. Any other accounts, which you open with us in relation to the Website shall be “Duplicate Accounts.”

If submitter still believes that his rights were infringed we would like to remind him that further assistance in this case can be asked in front of casino's licensing authority.
