SpinEmpire Casino - Stalling my account closure request for days!

Hi, i was playing spin empire yesterday and started with a balance of 30D+50B i made this amount up to around 520 euro. i played for a good while with bets no higher than 1 euro, after a while i decided to play hot ink (microgaming slot) with a 1 euro bet aswell, but i made a stupid mistake with around 100 wagering left. i hit the respin feature which was around 8 euro without even thinking about the max bet limit. i was aware of that limit, but i just thought i was playing this slot with a 1 euro bet, sure i know i violated their terms of conditions but there was no intention to brake those terms. i just want to warn other players making the same mistake as i did because those casino's dont forgive.

but now i have a problem regarding account closure, i asked for the third time if they wanna close my account. they responded they had been forwarding account closure, but these are just lies, because everytime when i ask about closing my account, they either tell me they did forward it, or they ask me why i want my account shut down for.

I just want to warn people about this casino, they dont forgive! please play a trust worthy casino.

There is nothing we can do about this case. Max bet is determined in bonus T&C and the rule describes all possible cases of max bet violation. We really hope our players are aware of rules which are described both on the website and associated emails.
