Casino Maxi - Account closed without a reason

Hello,
I became a member in casino maxi at 23.10.2014..
I deposited 70 turkish lira and used a hundred percent bonus. My casier was be 1000 turkish lira in that day. Then I sent my documents for account approval.
In 24.04.2014 they sent me an email about account approval. But I couldn't enter my account. Because they closed my account. I sent a lot of emails their risk unit, but they couldnt make explanatory answers. So I decided to contact you.
