Monday May 30th i made a deposit of 60 euros to receive the daily free spins bonus. During the game time i won a total of 2500 euros, asking for the withdrawal immediately. Today i made another 60 euros deposit to win free spins. When i was winning 1700 euros, the account suddenly closed. My sign in password is correct, so its not my fault that login fails. I have almost 4500 euros on my account, between money to withdrawal and to play. Whats the problem?

We have just temporarily paused this player's account because he used several different credit cards when he made their deposits.
