Betsson Casino - Account closed without justification & confiscation of 200 euro

My account at Betsson Casino got closed permanently without notifying me via email. When I go to their support asking why my account got closed they simply stated "you breached our terms". When I asked them which, they did not answer me and said the decision was permanent. I have done nothing wrong. My account was verified a few days before with my passport, bank statement and neteller proofs.

I also had 200 euro in withdrawal pending, and they never paid out that amount aswell.

It's absolutely not fair that they closed my account without further notice, and they have absolutely no ground to just close my account like that and confiscate my winnings.

Askgamblers team, please help me :(

I still have not received my winnings. Now after more than TEN days they ask to see my paysafecard vouchers which I disposed LONG time ago. I told them I could show them a bank statement where you can see where I bought the paysafecards but they rejected it and simply no longer respond.

They are ignoring me and not paying out my winnings. BEWARE ASKGAMBLERS MEMBERS!
