Made a deposit of 0.15 BTC and ended up winning 0.3 BTC. Requested a withdrawal and a message came up saying staff approval was required, i then tried to login a few hours later to check my withdrawal status but was just sent back to the login screen with no message. Messaged chat and was told "Your account is closed. Your winnings are confiscated because of double-spend fraudulent actions." This was my first time using the site and my transaction was confirmed in 18 minutes. When i brought this up they ended the chat.

This player is double spender(fraudster). SoftSwiss (our platform provider) informed us about him.

I would like to see these "proofs" you have as I do not even know how to perform a double spend, and i don't appreciate being called a fraudster.
