DizzyWin Casino - Account closed & winnings voided with no further explanation

Hello,
Last month I deposited on DizzyWin Casino and I won big, 3900 euros to be exact. After withdrawing 1000 in total, DizzyWin closed my account and refused to tell me why and told me it will not be reopened. I think this is unfair and I would like a reason for which my account that still had 2890 withdrawable balance was closed with no notice and no reasons given. I have read and respected all of their terms and conditions and i can't give up on my fair winnings.

The following documentation is required in order for Dizziwin to process your withdrawal:
Copy of ID
Proof of address/utility bill

Please forward these as soon as possible and your withdrawal will be released.
