Guts Casino -Account closed for no reason and money withheld and no contact from the casino

I have been locked out of my account by Guts and havent been contacted as to why. I asked live chat, they said to contact the manager [email protected] No replies from my emails. I have never made a withdrawal or had a big win. I was depositing 20 and wagering it most days for their advent calender offers. Some days I was down a few quid,others up a little,but nothing substantial. I accumulated a balance of €200+ (majority of it deposits) and cant access it.

The account was reopened after the player provided us with the requested KYC documents.
From our end we can see this case as solved, but will of course wait for the players feedback regarding this matter.
