I've played for a few months, never had a problem, until now I deposited £20 and received a £10 bonus, so I playing and got up to over £700 withdrew £680 all was fine then I tried to log in and it says my account has been temporally closed due to abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus, which I don't understand I played normally, and no can not change the effects of chance, support are not very helpful, but claim my request will be processed by Wednesday and will still receive my winnings even though my account is disabled. But I find this hard to believe after reading a load of reviews.

I have done all of this, I have done everything spoke to my solicitor and to the gambling commission, I have done nothing wrong, I played what was offered to me for depositing money, and I won then you shut my account down, with out any reason or explaination of what I've supposed of done with out valid proof everything I done was legitimate I have withdrew money before and asked to verify documents and they were approved so why do I need to do it again? And my solicitor explained that thing are only notarised when out of the uk, and since gilbalter is part of the uk I shouldn't have to do this especially when it costs £200 to have done something I can't get done because of your redundant claims and policies, which have taken my money away from me, as a business you enter the risk of losing money as do I as a customer so I took the risk and won fairly! If you don't like people winning then why are you in business, and why are you giving out bonuses for people to win on and then take it away as soon as they do. Now I have to wait longer for what's rightfully mine because of the incompetence of your staff and you want people to carry on playing your site but who is going to want to come back and play after this, claiming that we misused a bonus to attempt to win! Well clearly that's the whole point of gambling to win money, and when it's all done with chance you can determine you are going to win! So I'm not happy and won't be till my account is unblocked and my funds are in my bank account, as I've been advised by the gambling commission of the outcome if you fail to comply you but your gaming licence at risk!
