King Neptunes Casino - Account closed for gambling issues identified at other casino but happy to take my deposits totaling $1100

Summary: Account was closed after being registered for 24 hours and having made multiple deposits totaling $1100. Am comfortable with the fact that my account is closed, but as my deposits were made in good faith, I'm kindly requesting King Neptune Casino refund my deposits at least.

Hi there,

RE: locking of account

I opened an account with King Neptune Casino and after I deposited multiple
times up to a value of $1100, the following day my account was locked due
to previous gambling issues.

I`m sorry if I had previously opened an account with King Neptune Casino,
but I do not recall this event, so can you please provide me with the
details?

I believe the right thing to do is for you to have either stopped my
account registration in the first place, but since this didn`t happen
kindly consider refunding my deposits back to my ecopayz account - as my
original deposits were made in good faith.

You have not opened a King Neptunes account we were able to link you and your details for closing account for gambling problems on different casino account.
Your account has now been manually closed from our side as you are not allowed to have one open as you have a gambling problem

With regards to deposits those cannot be refunded.

Thanks very much for your timely response. How was I supposed to know King Neptune Casino was linked to another casino?

I made the multiple deposits in good faith, and I believe this is an issue that could have easily & automatically been identified on your end, prior to the casino accepting my deposits, totaling $1100.

Can you please reconsider your stance on refunding the deposits to my ecopayz account?

I'm preempting that I will not be receiving a favorable response from you, so I will be lodging a complaint against King Neptune Casino with AskGamblers.com.

FINAL UPDATE: 28/03/2015
After not hearing back from the operations team for a very long time, It took me to get in contact with them to learn that they will not refund my deposits. OK I'll accept that decision.
My advice is to tread carefully with this, as their level of customer services leaves a lot to be desired.
