GR88 Casino - Account closed & deposit not returned

After signing up for GR88, depositing £200 and attempting to meet the rollover requirements, I received an email stating that there was "irrefutable evidence" that I had commited fraud by operating "multiple accounts" with GR88. I only ever had one account with GR88 and have never owned an account with any of their partner sites. I had completed the KYC paperwork fully and had the account approved.

I have been told that this matter is non negotiable and all my requests for further information have been ignored. The customer service is virtually non exsistent. Having my sign up bonus rescinded is dissapointing, but having my initial deposit confiscated is disgusting.

Afraid I'm still yet to get a reply to any of my emails, and my account remains inaccesible. I'm hoping I'll have better luck getting a response here!

This matter isn't closed! Simply stating that your software has decided I am a fraud, and refusing to provide any evidence supporting the claim is unacceptable. I've provided copies of my passport, credit card and bank statements proving my identity; what more can I provide to legitimise myself?

Your inability to provide any details whatsoever of these mythical 'other accounts' that I am operating suggests that you are the fraudulent party in this scenario, not me. The case of Mr. Drummond, also displayed on this site, is further proof of this.

If I am operating multiple accounts then the very least you can do is reveal the username of these accounts?

All I want is evidence. I am not a fraudster; all I'm asking for is the opportunity to prove this!

Still yet to see a shred of evidence of these other accounts from GR88. I want answers to my questions, Mr Bennett. Simply ignoring these posts and my emails to you isn't going to make this go away.

We consider this complaint unresolved. We didn't get any proof from a casino that this player breach T&C.
