Hi Askgamblers,

I played at this casino and deposited 250 euro. I won a bit to 360 euro and then lost and cashed out 300 euro. I sent my ID documents + bank statement in advance hoping my withdrawal will be faster. However they blocked my account without further notice or email. This is not fair and I want my money back.

Hi sorry,

I totally forgot to update this complaint, my bad!

I had to sent in proof of not receiving the money so I sent them a screenshot of my online bank account. The day after I have succesfully received the money. I got helped totally fine and I would recommend to play here again :)

Also it's not clear to me why they blocked my account in the first place WITHOUT notifying me via email... But anyways case resolved.
