Slotobank Casino - Account blocked with £120 winnings

Registered with this casino yesterday, because it is operated by everymatrix who i trust. Im in the UK. Deposited and had a bankroll of £120 when suddenly logged off.

When attempting to log back in had an account blocked message, at which point i contacted CHAT.

The operator said the site does not accept players from the UK, and that my account has been blocked.

However, the terms of the website did not state this at the time of my block ( i have screenshots as proof) Also, during account registration, the UK was an option as place of residence.

When challenged about the UK being an option, the chat operator said that the site used to accept players from the UK however no longer does.

I have screens of the chat as well as terms and conditions at the time of my account being blocked.

I request my winnings are credited to the card i deposited with. Extremely poor from an operator like EveryMatrix.
