I tried to withdraw funds from my account 7 days ago to get an email the next day asking to sent my documents in which I have now down 4 times. I have spoken to the support team daily to be fobbed off saying it will be done within 24 hours which clearly isn't correct. I haven't once received any communication from the so called finance team that don't even seem to be there. The only emails I get back are from support who said they will email the finance team for me but this doesn't do anything as I haven't heard anything back. What more can I do?? And why does it take so long to get anything back from a company who is more than happy to take your money but take weeks to pay out or even reply back to you???

We can confirm that Mr Ryall was asked to provide some documentation to verify his account. We received some documents on the 28th but one document remained outstanding. After checking with our finance team, we can confirm that all documents that have been requested are now received and approved. We appreciate Mr Ryall’s patience while our finance team checked over the documents. We are happy to confirm that as a result of that Mr Ryall’s payments will be processed shortly.

We can confirm Mr Ryall’s withdrawals were processed on the 1st September.
