Always Cool Casino - Withdrawal Delay

On the 29th of July I requested a withdrawal at Always Cool Casino. I submitted the requested documentation and two weeks later I received a mail, stating that my withdrawal was pre-approved. This was on the 13th of August. They said it could take up to 14 business days because it was a first time cashout. Two weeks passed and I still hadn't received anything, nor heard anything from the casino. I contacted the accounting department on the 3th of September to ask about my withdrawal, on the 5th of September they mailed me that the request was submitted to the processor and that they would mail me back when they knew anything more. It is the 16th of September today and I still haven't heard anything. I talked to someone from the casino on Live Support and he told me that he would tell it to his supervisor and that I would receive an e-mail later in the day. That was last week and I haven't received anything. When I talk to someone on their Life Support they always tell me that they can't help me and that I need to contact accounting, and that they will answer me within 3 business days. But I have done that and I haven't had an answer in over a week.

There has been no update whatsoever. I contacted their Live Support again to ask for an update considering my withdrawal and they keep telling me that it's the responsibility from the Accounting department, so I contacted Accounting again but they haven't responded. Last time Accounting answered was on the 5th of September.
