On 9/11/10 I withdrew $400 from 99slotmachines, I submitted all required paperwork on 20/11/10. I have emailed every week a total of at least 12 emails with only one reply yet all emails were acknowledged as received by 99slotmachines. I have been on Live chat at least 16 times and have copies of them. All I am constantly told is I will be paid and the delay is due to a high volume of withdrawals. When I made the withdrawal the casino stated 7-10 working days. How can I get my payout ? Help
