99 Slot Machines withdraw

Hello,

99 Slots wont pay me i have sent there docs 16 times to them i requested the withdraw on 02/01/2012 and now it is the 28th they keep making excuses i have live chated with them and also called there number is1-877-676-1504. Here is one LTK #LTK52605057217X. and another LTK52604504478x and another LTK52604748569X.

i have sent them what they wanted. Please do something about this.

Two years for a $65 withdrawal

I have followed up and have ticket LTK12167051971786X. I chatted and called. The chat told me the accounting was delayed and reassured me I would be paid. I never received contact nor did my bank. I deposited $25 and won $65. I am very disturbed by this as they have my sensitive information and now I see the web site and phone number provided no longer work. This seems like fraud. Is it possible to recover these funds? I have screen shots for proof of my chat history.

Troubles getting $14,000 payout

I have been trying to receive a payout from 99 Slot Machine Casino for 10 months. All the paper work was submitted and approved. They owe me around $14,000.00 and are saying they will not give me my money until I prove that I will return and be a regular player. I have been playing on there casino site for over 3 years as well as there affiliate sites. In September they change management and had to re submit paper work. This was done and approved within 3 days.

Hello, My payment was delayed for several weeks, although I submitted all required documents, and deposited withdrawal deposit. there was no response. Waiting for my payment of $2000 for 5 months already

on october 22 2016 I used a 400%bonus + $25 deposit and won $2000, which I submitted or withdrawal by wire. I sent in all required documents, auhorizatins and credit/debit card pictures and waited for processing to be completed. by december the request was still under submission and I began contacting Chat people to find out when wire would be sent. they could only conirm what I saw in the withdrawal page of my history and said they would message Accounting to find out. They never get response from Finance people though I log in daily all through Jan/Feb./March to get any update. When I e-mail [email protected] I get a response from [email protected] saying some one will contact me within one business day.No response arrives even after 4 business days. When I respond to [email protected] the mail is returned as undeliverable.

Delayed withdrawals

My $2,000 withdrawal was approved on 12/28/14 and my $1,000 withdrawal was approved on 1/12/15. I still have not received these approved withdrawals. I have contacted through chat, phone, and e-mail many, many times. I continue to be told that they are waiting for verification from the accounting department of when my money will be sent. This has been going on for almost 2 years now, I just want my money!

Can not get my winnings

In February this year I signed up to 99 slot machines I deposited my own money I won $3000 I did the withdrawal it had to be wired to me I sent them pics of bank card medicare bills with current address on it I got a email saying they got it and everything was good a week f Go past I send email after email I get told someone will be in touch within 24 hours it never happens I get on there live chat and get told they very busy I will be contacted when done

Non payment of winnings

On the 1st of january i asked for $2000 to be credited to my bank accoutnt and i am still waiting for the money to be sent to my bank

Delayed payment of payout request

I played with 99 slot Machines and all its other sister casinos since September 2015. I always lost but when i had luck at 99 slot machines, I reuested a payout of $1,300. & submitted all required documents. Ive waited but nothing happened, I cancelled my first request & changed the amount to &1,200 and played the %100 at their casino on may 3 2016 . I won again and requested another payout of $200 on May 17, 2016. They declined this request so I made a withdrawal of the whole amount &1,400. I don;t know when this will be paid off

Withdrawal pending since November 2015

This casino has owed me since last year. I have chatted with them several times regarding this withdrawal. Im owed over $1100. They continue to say that this waiting for managements approval and that its been assigned a rep and I will hear back from them within 24 hours, but never hear back from them.

Verification Run-Around

This casino lured me in with a free spins. I won on the free spins and eventually had more than $500 to cash out. I was told that I had to verify my account with required items and make a minimum $25 deposit before I could request a payout. I have had to do the same procedure at other casinos, so I didn't think much of it...at first. I made my $25 deposit and sent all of the required verification items. I am repeatedly told that the received my driver's license photo, but they never receive the fax back form, proof of residency (utility bill) or the photos of the front/back of my depositing credit card. I have sent these documents over and over again--using my phone and two different lap top computers--still, I am given the run-around or am told that they couldn't open the files. This has been going on since the very beginning of October. I just got off yet another live chat with their customer service. I got the same old song and dance and was told, "rest assured...they will have their accounting department check into the matter and notify me immediately." I realize that this casino has a huge number of complaints against them and realistically, I can probably kiss my $25 deposit goodbye. But, I still wanted to file this complaint. Perhaps it will help others. I now know to thoroughly research an online casino before playing/depositing there. I am new to online gaming (began in Spring of this year). I am now becoming more familiar with the reputable sites and the not-so-reputable sites. I will forward to you all of the email exchanges that I have had with 99 Slot Machines. One more thing...I also won at 5 of their sister sites...but I'm smart enough to not deposit there until if and when I ever receive my payout from 99 Slot Machines.
