888 Casino - Account temporary disabled rIght after requesting a withdrawal

Basically I opened an account today with 888casino, I played merely 1 type of game, the Genie slot.

I used the 88 free play bet, i accumulated enough to use 15 pounds real cash award.

Using this i managed to get my account up over 600 pounds and I passed the withdraw cash limiter.

So i reviewed my account in my account*
and I Decided to withdraw 600 and leave around 50-60 in the account, I also gave them my driving licence i.D number before i asked for a withdrawel and it said it was accepted.

So i then checked history and it said withdrawl processing, I went back to the slot and used my remaining funds 50-60 pounds.

I then recieved an email regarding my withdrawal saying it was in process just confirming what I had already visually looked at.

20 minutes later I thought to check how long this process takes to be recieved within my bank account, I noticed it said 8 days, so I went back onto my 888casino account and Boom....

Temporarily disabled. No reason. No Email. Nothing.

I think this is disgusting and im confused on the matter, I have emailed theyre support throught the contact us with full account details asking for help and a resolve on the matter.

Sorry for the late response, I was awaiting further information.

My account for some unkown reason is now working..HOWEVER, I am now faced with some new information upon asking the live casino888 help chat for a check on my withdraw status, as it was showing up blank for me in the "cashier" history.

I spoke to another rep, who in the end when I challenged what seemed to be a complete roundabout of rubbish decided that it would be amazing to just cut me off.

at NO time was I told or made aware that I needed to deposit, I was informed that i must bet in another 450 pounds when I was sitting at 100 pounds winnings. I did this, got to over 600, and decided to cash out 600 pounds, Now they are trying to tell me that i MUST deposit, according to "Tasha" in order to get the money that I fairly won.

What the hell gives.
