888 Casino - Withdrawal Issue

I have recently won a substantial amount of money of 888casino. I then requested to cash out my winnings. This was done on November 23rd 2013. On November 24th I got an email requesting ID verification which I did on November 25th and got an email back on the 27th saying that my ID was verification was successful and that my withdrawal would be processed and restrictions lifted.

I have called support three times and they told me they would check into it / email the departments... Today is December 4th and my requests are still awaiting process.

I also emailed the operation department and still have not gotten a reply.

The withdrawals are past what the expectations are in the withdrawal timeframe and would like to know what is going on with my account.

So far i've got some good news, i got a reply to my email this morning saying my payments were processed, i checked the cashier and all my withdrawals are now in "in process" state. Will keep you posted, i requested wire transfer so should be here in 4-7 business days.

Another Update,

Just checked my cashier and the status has switched from In Process to "Paid".

Im thinking I was to too quick on the draw to file this complaint, but after reading a few complaints online I was feeling uneasy about it.

Please keep this open I will update once more once all monies is in my account.

But so far I would like to actually applaud 888 casino as they have done what they said they would do!
