888 Casino - My money has disappeared!!

I recently won £1600 on the roulette table, withdrew the amount and it was awaiting process. I logged back in several hours later and all funds had gone and my balance was £7!!!! I spoke to Rashid B on the online chat and he admitted there were technical difficulties at there end and disconnected the conversation. I then spoke to Mandisa C who blocked my account for unauthorised access and told me to email Cassava which I have done and have had no reply. All I want is to be refunded my money!!! No one seems to be helping me and I am getting so stressed about the whole thing. I definitely did not spend the money and no one else was in the house, no one has my password even. My guess is a technical glitch but no one is replying or helping me get my money back. I am not giving up, I will do anything to sort this out. I deposited quite a lot too so its so unfair for this to happen when I finally win!!!!

Like I have explained to so many people I did not spend the money, why would I be making such a fuss if I did!? £1600 is so much money to me and for that reason I requested a withdrawal. I have messaged Cassava and as yet I have had no reply. No one seems to be helpful in fact, I keep getting the same answer that ive spent it which is definitely not the case. I also have a copy of the conversation I had when I first saw the money had gone explaining that 888 were having technical difficulties that day so im assuming this may have something to do with it. After doing some research it seems I am not the only person this has happened to either and I will not be stopping until I get my money back

Its now 5.30 on a Friday and I have been waiting all day. I am now going to start writing out the stages of whats happened to take this further as I am getting very annoyed no one seems to care I have lost £1600!!!!

Sill haven't ben given a refund and am just being called a liar.. It doesn't look like this is going to get resolved so I will have to get a county court judgement against 888 to get my money back!
