888 casino - Monies taken from my account

I have had two lots of money taken from my current account £525 and £750, I was sent an email reference the 1st amount saying that 888 had bankrolled my money, but had not taken their money, when looking at my account I noticed they had taken both said amounts from current account.

I have been in communications with 888 but the process is very slow, I have submitted my bank statement to show they were wrong to take my money for the second amount mentioned, I have asked for the details for the 525 so I can have look at my records.

This has been going on for a while but I seem to be getting nowhere, can you advise me please.
