On November 23, 2013, I requested for my first withdrawal of $120. However, on the same day, Dwane from Operations Department Cassava asked me to provide picture ID, statement with my address, and credit card to verify my identification, which I did on the same day. On November 24, Selvin P. from Operations Department of Cassava stated, "Thank you for uploading your documents via our “Verify ID” feature. I can confirm that we have now received and verified the recently requested documentation. As a result, any restrictions have now been removed from your account, and waiting withdrawal(s) will be process within the normal timeframe." It is stated on their website that withdrawals are paid within 5 business days. However, it's past 5 business days and I still haven't been paid. I even sent an email to them regarding the issue on November 29th but yet to receive an e-mail. This is disappointing!
