888 Casino - Delaying payment

I have deposited to 888 a few times but never made a withdrawal (canceled previous while it was reversible.) anyway I have now been trying to draw my winnings out since Saturday 7/11/2015. It says it is in process for 3 days. It is now the 11th. On the 9th I submitted ID as my friend had problems withdrawing due to not verifying his ID straight away, I wasn't asked to do this but thought I would take the initiative and do it before asked to avoid delays. I have revived an email an hour ago saying that have revived my ID verification and will contact me if anything else is needed, in the mean time my withdrawal still says processing.

I was a bit fast to jump the gun with complaining. I had heard some worrying stories about 888 not paying. While I still have not recived payment it is claiming it has been paid. Will update when funds are in my account. However 888 have been very helpful so far
